Not sure if Motherboard or CPU problem

So I recently got done building my PC and it won't post. It physically turns on but won't display an image. Also my keyboard or mouse won't get power when plugged in but my headset dongle does get power.

im not so sure but just check every cable is plugged in properly? sorry if im not much help.... :P

See if you can find some sort of MOBO speaker and listen for an error code on boot, that should tell you what the culprit is if it won't boot.
