Alrighty, I'll keep things simple :

 

Apple event October 16 confirmed,This panel is being manufactured by the supplier's plant in Korea

 

Rumors:

• 12.9" screen size
• Fingerprint scan integration
• a second larger ipad (much like iphone plus announcement)
• Thinner form & bezel size
• Same Camera specs with improved sensor
