It was 5k build before so I brought it to 4k.I thought that I should just spend dollars in some ups and shit. Not shit just joking.

Nice spec, although a few things are overpriced (GPU, HDD, PSU, MB) Also i would drop the expensive thermal paste as the X61 will have it's own.

 

Some alternatives parts:

 

EVGA Supernova G2 850W (You could buy a set of Red sleeved cables from EVGA to replace the stock ones)

 

WD Blue (Cheaper than a Black and just as good)

 

GTX 970 is not that far off a GTX 980 for a lot less money (The MSI Twin Frozr would match very nice with your red/black theme)

 

Asus Maximus VII Hero (Cheaper ROG board)

 

 

If you are happy to spend $4K though then your spec is fine.
