Best free and user friendly 3d game dev. software?

Hey guys, i'm wanting to make a basic game (specifically about the Vietnam way, and want it to be like COD/BF type shooter) and want some good free user-friendly dev. software, anyone know any?

Unity is nice and i beleive most of it is free or if you are a student you can get unreal engine really cheap

Yes Yes Legalize Gay Marriage sure, but have you ever considered Weaponizing Gay?

Try Unity and UDK, after trying to get a placement for university course, EVERY indie developer works with unity. Which makes me sad tbh.

If you want more control over its guts look up OGRE3D and plugins, it's open source.

Unity it's probably the best available at the moment, it's free even for commercial usage (of course once you reach a certain point you have to buy Unity Pro).

Ill Be purchasing Unity Pro and Unreal Engine 4 in the very near future. Ill let you know how they are from a NOOBS perspective
