i7 5820K will support upto 3-way SLI, is this enough?

do you guys think that the 5820K's 3-way SLI ( x8,x8,x8) is enough for today and the future when it comes to 1080p gaming and productivity, or would you move up to the 5930K/

I wouldn't buy X99 for gaming at all, but if you're going into the platform anyway you might as well take the top chip.

1080p gaming? Nah it won't even make it to 792p gaming. Sorry maybe in the distant future.

no £600 is the CPU cost lol, i cant afford the 5960X due to the high price. and sorry if i keep creating double threads, either it is the servers or my laptop with google chrome.
