Disable CPU Core Parking Utility (is it safe)

Hey just a quick question. Is it safe to unpark cores? Or just let them park? Will this improve perf on a I5 4670K (not in Hz i did oc it to 4.2Ghz)? 

 

This is for gaming and i checked already 3 of my cores are parked.

Yes it is safe to do.  You may see improvements in some games (BF3 and BF4 are the usual reasons for running the core unparking utility).  

You can do registry edits yourself, or you can run a program like Coder Bag's Disable CPU core parking utility.

It's been a while since I read up on this, but I believe it allows for even usage of processor cores for multithreaded games.  I've found that it improves framerates in BF3 and reduces stuttering for BF4.  I can't speak for other games though.

You are correct did not find any improvements. FPS drops all over the place. From 125 stable to 50 and 46 fps. My video card should run this without any problems.

Unparking cores on a 4670K for BF4 is the same thing as unparking cores on a single-core cpu. There's just no point doing it. In some very rare scenario's you rather see a decrease due to how Intels turbo boost works.
