LTT BOINC Team Crosses 1,000,000,000 Credits!

Because we had our national holiday yesterday and I'm

still not online as frequently as I should be due to ongoing

health issues I didn't notice until today, but some time

between July 30th and July 31st we generated our

billionth credit!

Now if only those were actual moneys, then we could be all

Anyway, since they are not, we shall need to be content with numbers. Behold:

i will i just need to mess around with drivers and see which one works with which project ,cant get more than 50k with the current setup

Yeah, quite possible. Just keep in mind that some projects require

a certain amount of performance from your GPU to run properly, but

there might be something around for your cards to do.

believe it or not my cards now are heaters. whenever its cold and/or its raining, i ramp up their clock speed and decreased the fan speed and put my legs on top of the pc. its so warm :3

Still, 120 C is really hot. But yeah, 100 W do need to go somewhere,

need a decent heatsink to keep that cool if you have it running at full

throttle. Good thing my 130 W babies are under water (and they can

consume a lot more when overvolted, which I haven't done yet).

Yeah I've been considering that. I haven't really gotten around

to tinkering with the hardware yet though, and at the moment I don't

have the time to delve into it. But the idea does have potential.
