Made an unexpected purchase yesterday. I found this GTX 1660 Ti in a bin of random computer parts at a flea market. Anyone want to guess the price I paid?

Just figuring with it just lying in a bin at a flea market of all places. Alright, perhaps a redo? My second guess is $175.

I was just messing with you. It was only $75, and considering the exact same model has been selling for $400-$500+ on eBay lately I think that's a win.

Bummer, no idea what brands you have there but I bet someone sells something that's the same or same enough.

It's a combination of things that make it so quiet, low motor RPM because dual compressors, the muffler, and the little tube on the muffler. It's easy to hold a conversation around while it's running and it gives enough air to easily dust out a PC or PC parts. I made a non safety compliant pin-point air gun by sealing up a blower with a threaded in ball inflator needle so it only airs out the little tip at the end. I get a very strong concentrated blast of air from the little tip at very high speed, excellent for removing surface dust and buildup from crevices without using a bunch of air. It's unsafe if you stick it against your skin because there's no pressure let off to prevent air injection, so just don't do that.

Had to get a different oil filter as Amazon is saying it is going to come sometime towards the end of November...well I can't wait anymore.

Also, got this yesterday as it was very tempting to get considering the market rates on eBay. So, I decided to splurge and get it (impulsive buy, had to act fast). Was hardly used by the seller and he was upgrading anyway.

Yeah I just checked back at the listing, it was a 180mm. 

 

So far, it's a great lens, really clear photos.  (and my first "L" lens).

I highly recommend it just playing around with it for a short while, it sounds nice, plays DSD256 though I think it cuts it down via PCM at dsd64 quality as far as the specs show, which is still really good but it’s moreso that it doesn’t care about formats.

the UI is fairly clean, it’s not the most snappy thing but the playback is quick, the physical buttons are nice.

however the power, just powering these iems I’m at 80% volume with dsd256, and 60-70% with flacs, it definitely won’t power anything more than your average iems without an amp

if you happen to want to use something like 120-150ohm headphones

New to me laptop! It only has an i5 6600u, 8GB of RAM (soon to be 16GB), and a 256GB NVME SSD, but it has niceties like a full sized SD card slot, 1080p screen, SIM card connectivity, and it's basically in new condition.

Yup, we do have those. That said, they mayyy be a bit overkill for blowing clean a PC or an audio device :D.

BTW the Phillps DVD player is dead

The inputs are RCA thought a 3 port switch inputted into the tascam 112b which has a 3way splitter to output for the recording of the technics M85 mk2, altec lansing speakers and the sony boom box which those speakers remounted to a tool pegboard.
