I got a pair of Gold Planar GL2000 headphones:

A friend of was hyping them up and for the price I thought I would give them a try. 

For a relatively new, Chinese headphone maker, Gold Planer has made a very decent product. They sound very good for their price and the build quality is decent. 

I might do a full review of them in the near-ish future. 

 

I also got a new, but old, Denon DL 103R phono cartridge for my Denon DP-47F.

For some reason, the Denon DP-47F doesn't have VTA adjustment, so I thought buying a NOS Denon seemed like the best bet.

I've also be curious about Denon's higher end cartridges for a while, I took the plunge one was DL160 was worn out.

EDIT - yet to arrive but in transit is 4 more drive caddies (they sell them in packs of 2, only room for 3 more caddies in the case unfortunately).

You should be able to get more than 3 in the case, I believe 10 or 12 simultaneously is possible.

Yeah you are right its 11 HDD (our array likely 9 HDD since you showed me this case instead of 6 ) so have 1 extra caddy that wont fit (cause they sell in packs of 2 - nine in caddies two in basement) but still...Im really surprised by how heavy this box is (and large) compared to other cases.  Havent had a chance to open it yet (busy with kids and other crap first, dont like to open stuff till I can fiddle with it lol)
