Picked up a complete system for $40 yesterday. Came with a 21.5" 1080p monitor which is nice. Specs are nothing to write home about, but I've already found an i7-860 to put in it. ;) Will pull the 1TB HDD to use in my gaming rig to replace the one that died and throw a cheap SSD in this one. Will probably use this as a guinea pig PC for the shop.

Needs to be cleaned out though, big time! ?

Show off your latest purchase!

I bought a $3 iron and a $2 laptop adaptor and a $2 metal case with thick metal.

Iron is to melt pvc pipe to make containers.

laptop adapter is to charge batteries rather then using rc chargers

metal case will be used for drill bits

there were some monitors and other junk there, the usual shit. The place was quite busy, I said must be welfare day and someone overheard me and gave me the stink eye, but the fact remains, I think it was, whether it is today, yesterday or tomorrow the facts are the facts. I dont mind shopping there tbh, I just do not buy no food stuff like appliances/mixers etc, no kids toys, no clothing. I do buy books there, tool section, sports section for poles, rackets. You just never know what shit they got.

Bought a BNIB PowerColor RX VEGA 64 Red Devil, and it's a monster of a card!

tO2aB75.jpg

A pic of it next to my Palit RTX 2080 Ti just to show how big that badboy is...

Running in CF mode nicely with my stock Gigabyte RX VEGA 64, I'm glad that when I'd built my system years ago, I was savvy enough to buy overkill PSU for my rigs, I have a Seasonic X-1250 in my system powering these two power hungry GPU's.

Used broken GTX 1070. Worked but had a faulty fan.

Paid 229 with an ebay 10% off code.

Here it is after a little bit of TLC:

These fans are honestly a lot worse than the shitty fake ebay GPUs. Nice work PNY.
