Weak CPU? Yeah ok... Weak GPUs? Those two r9 390s are faster then your 980. I don't have a PC right now but I'll rate yours 7/10.

Bad SSD.

I think the case is ugly but it barely effected it because that's personal prefence.

I've never heard of that monitor. Plus a single GTX 980 must have some trouble on that 4k monitor.

I would take points off for using ram that is just overpriced but it's personal prefence.

okay you clearly don't know anything, probably cuz you don't have a PC.

1st) 4790k is terrible performance per cost. 4690k is (almost) equally good for gaming at 100 dollars less. 5820k is much better for multithreaded, multi-core applications with it's 2 extra cores and it only about 150 extra right now for x99 mobo, cpu and ram at microcenter. So bang for the buck you get much more performance going 4790k->5820k than 4690k->4790k.

2nd) SLI/Crossfire is meh.

3rd) I'm OC'd to 1520mhz on my core and 7900 mhz memory so my 980 gets about the same performance as reference 980 Ti. Again without any SLI baggage.

4th) Unless you get NVMe Intel 750 SSD, almost all SSDs perform about the same. I got 10 year warranty on mine so that's pretty damn good.

5th) 40 inch monitor master race.

6th) Typo, I got Crucial DDR4 Ram.

I know plenty about computers. The 4790k is just fine for being inbetween the 4690k and 5820k. You gotta factor on the cost for ddr4 ram and a x99 mobo. Some people just can't afford it and I'm one of those people. The 4790k is a great CPU for people who just don't have the money. A crossfire/SLI setup isn't bad it's when you get into 3-way or more for when it becomes unstable. I hope you are atleast 10 feet away from your monitor...

It  is only about 150 extra right now for x99 mobo, cpu and ram at Microcenter. Maybe double that if you use newegg, amazon.. etc. usual places. So if you can afford a 4790k, then you can probably afford a 5820k.

SLI sucks. I used dual 980s (with my friend). In GTA I saw microstutering and terrible scaling like 30-40% IIRC.

A lot of people don't live near a microcenter. Tons of microcenter a deals are pickup only. I don't get how people sit so close to tvs or monitors that are over 27 inches.

Plus you mentioned I don't know probably cause I don't have a PC. I've got around $400 and I'll be getting a skylake for the iGPU it uses until I can get money for a higher end card like a r9 Fury or 980Ti. The system in total will be around $1800
