my favorite is the battery. it surprisingly lasted approx. 3 hours for a power-gobbling gaming laptop. also liked the form factor of it. every other gaming laptop is too flashy while this looks more simple.

What I like about it? Like Linus said in the first post:

"a solid balance between form factor, looks, performance"

But the biggest plus is propably the IPS Display. We see always the argument that the TN is better for gaming but is it really that important? No. IPS is superior and response time is not terrtibly high. I want to see more gaming notebooks with an IPS Screen and this is a step into the right direction.

I just loved how the fan is silent on this laptop. My friends have been bothered by the fan noise in skype. But with this silent fan that is not longer the case. :)

I'm quite fond of how they still have a spot for an optical drive.

That's a perfect place to put a cheap SSD or second drive after you buy it.

Also, the screen. it has a nice screen.

The top design and Asus/ROG logos look classy and stickers on the side of the mouse pad believe it or not lol. The ports are all you could ever want and the screen IPS is sexy. All in all its a good well rounded package for a decent price IMHO.

I like this one over the giant 750z, mainly because it is more portable but still powerful enough. Also the lid brushed finish looks awesome!!

My favourite thing is that it actually says "Heeey Guuuuuyyyyys, I'm on a mountain" on it.

:P

But in all seriousness, my favourite feature is definitely the ID: that red band is something I always thought would look cool on a notebook. Ultra cool giveaway, and good luck to everyone entering!
