No one did. Hell, I'm not even sure OP does.

OP lives in Canada hence "ncix.ca". You'll have to try ca.pcpartpicker.com instead of the regular, United States-based PcPartPicker.

I did use ca.pcpartopicker.com. The links redirect to ca.pcpartpicker.com as well. but i guess it used ncix.com :P

I am not sure if it is off OP's budget, but I would ask him to go for it as he could use it for a long time.

I had a old pc with 8GB DDR2 ram ,some 2.80 GHZ intel old locked Processor, some msi motherboard which is around 50$ and 230V PSU.  I just added a 7200 RPM Seagatte HDD and GTX 650 Msi 2GB DDR5 and I could play Crysis 3 in Ultra settings without any problem. All was just aircooled and CPU was cooled with stock cooler. And I played watch dogs on a 4gb ram different motherboard with others same spec at low level with just a little lags.  So I guess this 800-1000$ can withstand for a long-long time
