Oh god, the first one I paid for myself? I think the CPU was an e4600 and GPU was a 9400 GT.

I was probably 14 at the time? I'm not sure. I saved up any money I could get until I was able to buy it haha.

Well, I would probably have to say my first pc made for gaming was a dual processor 1ghz Pentium 3 with several different PCI gpus (the only one I can remember was a NVidia TNT 2). It was built to run Half-Life 2, which it did at like 5-10 maybe 15 fps, surprisingly my brother and I beat the game like that. Next PC was a dell inspiron 8600 then a Pentium 4 with a NVidia 6200.

I bought a laptop in 2005 to play WoW - HP Pavillion zd8000 with Radeon Mobility 200m graphics and a Turion 64 ml 40 cpu.  It cost me 1600 dollars and was terrible.  I wish I had a LTT to confer with before making that purchase!

Intel Core Duo 2 E8400 with 2 GB of RAM, played CS: Source and C&C Generals Zero Hour on that baby. I did play a lot of C&C at my friends house and then on my dad's work laptop and then on my own shitty one ;)
