Tried to email support but I don't think the AI is doing what it says it is.

Was there anything that was out of stock or back ordered by chance? If so I think they hold everything tell items come back in stock.

 

Not sure if they still do it this way but they have bulk printed labels before so it might just be floating around some where.

 

I have not had to use there system that is AI but just from personal use I am not a huge fan most stuff I ask it now its more mechanical questions if I would have followed its directions I would have destroyed most things it told me to do. I know what was needed but I thought I would give it a shot and its not even close. Now if its just strictly getting tracking number or something like that ok but anything else should sent to a real person.

 

And just a security thing might not want to put tracking number out there for everyone to see. Can use snip it and paint or similar program to mark out any personal info so we can still see tracking dates.

afaik the 'ai assistant' is just interpreting the user's question and applying a human-made template to the ticket. so if it says 'i forwarded this to the shipment team' it has actually done that. and it defenately only does the 'dumb first contact' stuff. basicly it does the first one or two steps in the process so humans dont have to deal with braindead stuff, and get more time to do actual work.

 

on topic;

dont post your tracking number for a start, no one here is lttstore support so there is nothing we can do with that anyways. instead guve a brief summary of what you've tried to do in the time you've been waiting.

This one seems to have been returned to sender without notice to you. Which is US customs issue and you are not only one having it. See
