WMI Provider Host high CPU usage

Been having this issue for a while now. Ignore the Malwarebytes, just doing yet another desperate scan. I looked up the errors and found ClientProcessId 21048 on all of them, which does not show up on the services list. 

The errors happens every 11 seconds without fail. Any idea before I do a re-install of windows?
