I was planning on buying a ThinkPad TrackPoint II keyboard and pairing it with Legion Go so I have something light during travel.

But then I found a Yoga Air 15 Aura laptop with Ultra 7 256V for $640 with tax in good condition. It used to be a display model, though, and no power supply. But I am still happy with it.

I don't travel that much, so I don't have a thin and light laptop. I had a MacBook Air, everything is great except for the fact that I do need Windows for some of my programs. (And games)

So far, everything is good. Cleaned it, and not many scratches, to my surprise. Reinstalled windows on it.

Also, have to change it to 60Hz to get battery life closer to MacBook.

I always wanted to test out a lunar lake laptop, and I am a bit excited for it.

Personally, I would like a 32Gb 258V version. But $1300 ($1100 on discount) for a non-CNC laptop is not very appealing to me. Thinkpad being the exception, of course. Also, a lot of the lunar lake laptops are OLED, which I am just not very comfortable with staring at for too long.

I think Lunar Lake is great technology, is just that not so many users on Windows need battery life this long. For the users who do, Apple is always an option. Furthermore, Apple can use the same exterior for generations to lower their cost, and I doubt any PC manufacturer can do the same.

Would still recommend a Mac for everyone who doesn't need Windows or gaming. But if a lunar lake is $150 cheaper or more, it is worth trying it out.

Anyway, I am very happy about the laptop I purchased.
