I just got myself a Lenovo Thinkbook 16 g6 and I kinda love it. From the 16 inch display to the satisfying keyboard to the 16:10 aspect ratio, everything is great, except for a few minor problems...

Firstly, it takes about 16 seconds to boot up, which isn't really that big of a deal, except that the bios check takest that long. It isn't windows. Its probably just some check-up that its doing on every boot. If its possible, please tell me how to change this behavior.

Secondly, when I put this to sleep, the fan keeps running (which might be intended behavior) but, it consumes 5% power in just half an hour of sleep. When I try to put it to sleep for overnight, I wake up to it being in hibernate mode, which defeats the entire purpose of sleep. Please help me fix this.

Specs- ryzen 7 7730u with vega 8 graphics, 16gb ram, 512gb SSD (WD)

Thats modern sleep. Modern sleep is standby not sleep as you were used to before windows 11. This is not fixable unless your device supports s3 sleep and as far as I can find it does not.

The battery drain is also normal due to that sadly. Its just plain bad.

The only option is hibernate.

As for the boot if fastboot is already on in bios theres little to do. Pretty normal on a thinkbook and such.
