Did i get scammed?

Hi i just bought the HP NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB OEM. I bough tit off facebook marketplace and wen to the pesons house and he showed me it turned on and stuff. I just got home, and it didnt show up on the in task manager or gpu Z. So i updated my drivers and restarted. The gpu turned on and i think the the system posted but no display signal. I inserted my old gtx 1060 and it worked. I deleted all the drives using DDU and tried agian but no signal someone hlep plz?

The simplest thing is to get in contact with the seller and try to see if he can't help you get it working. Otherwise, just ask for a refund.

Go to a game and select the GPU in the video game. Maybe then it'll show the model. Also consider asking the seller about these problems. How much did the GPU cost?

Make sure that the GPU is fully seated correctly. Me myself I have upgraded GPU's where I had a blank screen. It isn't unusual to have a blank screen with a GPU upgrade. Give it sometime

Can you see the new GPU listed in Device Manager?
