Budget (including currency): 3500€-5000€

Country: austria

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: recording, cyberpunk 2077, minecraft with shaders and physics, rainbow-six-siege and first person shooters.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): i would love to have a keyboard and mouse along with a monitor. And a pc that is going to keep strong fps at 4K.

I only use Logitech mice and keyboards so I'm probably not much help in that regard.

with your budget is the aim to spend €3,500? With a willingness to go higher?

I might be experienced, but I'm human and I do make mistakes. Trust but Verify! I edit my messages after sending them alot, please refresh before posting your reply. Please try to be clear and specific, you'll get a better answer. Please remember to mark solutions once you have the information you need. Expand this signature for common PC building advice, a short bio and a list of my components.

Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.

I would say its more of a willingness to go higher. However i also would like a pc to still have high stats that would fit my needs.

9950X isn't as good as the 9800X3D for gaming.
Also, that SSD doesn't have DRAM cache which it really should for nearly $4k. @CrosscutLake388

The build that I sent you (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/J8vMQd) has 4TB, more than you'll probably need. You could save ~$100 to go 2TB if that fits your needs. Also, was the monitor and peripherals included in the $3-5k?

Your build seems to really be a good option for me. But if you have keyboard mouse and monitor recommendations please tell me.

I'll get to looking for keyboard and mouse and monitor for you! What is your budget for the peripherals and monitor?

Also isnt the wattage from the power supply too little to supply the proper wattage to all the components

I never really thought of that. But a nice mechanical keyboard along with a cordless mouse would be best and a monitor with some of that new color tech and 4k obviously cause of the 5090. Thank you so much for the help

Maybe this, if $850 is okay with you - Monitor 1 or Monitor 2 coming in at $1000+, and I also have a cheaper one -Monitor 3. I know that isn't a lot of options, and that the first one is 'only' 165hz, though that should be enough! The second one is 240hz. They are all OLED panels, as expected for this price point, and all have HDR.

Do you think everything would fit/is compatible with the dimensions and cable connections. Also how bad do you think the bottleneck is/ if its bad at all.

The bottleneck will be the GPU at 4K, which is not fixable (because the 5090 is the fastest GPU), so yes, this match will be good!
