This build costs me $2560 where I live, also wasn't able to find case and cooler so... I substituted it with something else. ( Also monitor is included in both build prices, this and the one I mentioned above)

Its x2.5 over budget 🥲

Should I wait for 7600x3d?

You don't want the 7800x3D for the programs the OP intends on using.

Get CL30 or 32 memory instead of CL36. Also, get a 7200RPM HDD rather than 5900RPM. If in budget, get a 9600X for the CPU. It doesn't cost much more.

This build is actually really good for $1k!
