They will all perform close to identical if not identical in terms of actualy performance.

Its up to you what you want to go with.  The all white build has 6400Mhz CL32, we still recommend 6000Mhz CL30 for the 9800X3D to run 1:1 with the infinity fabric.

What should change on the all white build in order to match up the Mhz.

Just pick these instead.  Nothing special really 🙂

I would strongly consider if spending 150$ for just GPU aesthetics alone (build 1 vs build 3) is worth it. Personally I would also go with a cheaper 360mm radiator for Thermalright in build #3 and save 60$, but if you think you'll like the screen that much go ahead.

To be honest, I grabbed most of this build from someone on PCPartPicker and that's the cooler they had for it. Again, I don't know much about PC building so I just didn't touch the cooler area. I will definitely take your suggestion into consideration and research a bit more.

The performance of this VS what you selected is probably about the same. In fact, many of these will preform similarly, just pick the one you like the most. https://pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu-cooler/#m=113&sort=price&W=10360

They also sell cheap dual tower coolers, like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/DhWJ7P/thermalright-peerless-assassin-140-778-cfm-cpu-cooler-peerless-assassin-140-white or https://pcpartpicker.com/product/fWKKHx/thermalright-peerless-assassin-120-white-argb-6617-cfm-cpu-cooler-pa120-white-argb-a

This is unfortunately not true, the manufacturer is  Shenzhen Xinweiye Technology (source: https://hwbusters.com/psus/montech-century-ii-1050w-atx-v3-1-psu-review/)

The manufacturer of Titan PLA does seem to be made by SeaSonic however, and it does look really nice, so thanks for the suggestion anyway!
