Availability of RX 9070 and RTX 5070 for my new PC

Other details: Hi there, it was my birthday and I saved and got these money (1 250 EUR). I want to build new PC for me, to finally leave my good old GTX 1650 notebook. I watched lot of videos from Linus and our biggest tech youtuber Geekboy. I want to move to 1440p for Ultra, for these money I can do this build: 
 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600
GPU: PALIT RTX 5070 Infinity 3 12G
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B650 EAGLE
RAM: ADATA XPG 32GB KIT DDR5 6000MT/s CL 36 Lancer Blade Black
Cooler: Cooler Master HYPER 212 Black
PSU: ADATA XPG CORE REACTOR II VE 750W
SSD: WD Blue SN5000 1TB
Case: Montech XR Black

Now there´s a catch, i hear from every site that I should buy RX 9070, beacuse it have better raw performance and bigger VRAM (16G). I really thinking to pick that AMD one, but now in Czechia there are so few options for it and they are more expensive than RTX 5070... So what are your opinions? What should I do? And should I wait?
