Budget (including currency): $4,000 USD for everything (PC + monitor).

Country: USA

Games, programs, or workloads:
I currently only play Minecraft because that’s all my old Dell Optiplex 3020 from around 2009 running Fedora Linux can handle. But when I get my new PC, I’m interested in playing:

  • Microsoft Flight Simulator

  • Minecraft Dungeons

  • Minecraft Legends

  • Raft

  • Call of the Wild

  • Forza Horizon 5

  • Spider-Man Remastered

  • Spider-Man: Miles Morales

  • Cities: Skylines

  • Vintage Story

  • Assetto Corsa

  • Subnautica

  • Subnautica: Below Zero

  • LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

  • Hogwarts Legacy

  • Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order

  • Star Wars Battlefront 2
  • Im also intrested in doing 3d modeling

Will my PC be able to handle these games at high settings?

Other Details:
I'm only going to have one monitor right now but later on i will get more, im hoping to get 2 extra vertical monitors so i can have a browser on one and discord on the other and then my game in the center.
I’m looking for all and any opinions!

How much more expensive is a 7900XTX where you are? Personally, I would opt for cheaper fans / SSD and try and squeeze in that extra GPU power if you want to stay around that kind of price range

Ignore me lol I misread it as a 7900 XT

Console.WriteLine("Hello World!");

This is a very good build, I like it!

I am guessing you are aware that you are paying an extra premium for aesthetics here.

I personally have a 9800X3D and an RTX 4080 ( slightly faster than the 9070 XT ) And I play on a 1440p 240hz monitor.

For me personally, the RTX 4080 is barely enough for my 1440p 240hz monitor for the graphically demanding games I play.

There is no way I would go with a 4k monitor and lose the framerate.

Looks good! The case and all the fans seem expensive, and so does the AIO cooler. Even an air cooler (~$35) will work.

I'm not personally happy with your current list, I think you're misusing your budget, specially with those fans and everything. I would say you should pick a 5080 with that budget and build your other parts around that. You will get a lot more mileage out of the new DLSS with that 4K monitor plus it's a much faster card overall.

This is what I would do ( technically I would ditch the OLED for now, fit a 5090 in the budget, then buy the OLED monitor later down the road when I can afford it)

Thing is $30 case fans don't cool better than $3 fans

And 9800x3d don't need super beefy cooling neither

These fans are both good and cheap: (not all have reverse versions, but some do)

Thermalright TL-C12C-S

Thermalright TL-C12C-S X3 3-Pack

Thermalright TL-C12RB-S V2

Thermalright TL-M12-S

Thermalright TL-M12R-S

be quiet! Light Wings LX

be quiet! Light Wings LX 3-Pack

ARCTIC P12 PST A-RGB 0dB 3-Pack

be quiet! Light Wings PWM 3-Pack

AIO:

Thermalright AQUA ELITE ARGB V4

Thermalright Frozen Notte ARGB

be quiet! Pure Loop 2 FX

There's also ARCTIC AIOs, bot those are 280 and 420mm, and the Phanteks case doesn't support 420mm AIOs.

You are also keeping the 9070 XT, one thing that could work is simply getting 5070 Ti instead, because 5070 Ti is faster than 9070 XT by a little bit.
