i have 3 of them one at the top exhaust one at the rear as intake and a side one as exhaust is this setup any good and also are these fans any good

if you have the room with your gpu, I would move the three fans on top to the bottom and set them as intake, and set the fan in the back to exhaust.

Just put one on the rear as exhaust and one on the side as intake

Your current set up is overcomplicating it and actually does the opposite of helping if your cooler fans are on their normal orentation

OP has 3 fans TOTAL not 3 on top

Also putting then as intake for the GPU underneath it can cause issues due to the fans forcing air through the cooler which is counter productive so most opt to just let the GPU breath on its on from the bottom mesh cause its very fine

What if YOU were cake all along?

is the ID-Cooling TF-12025-PRO good?

Only you can know the true answer. Install them, run a stress test (prime95 and looped furmark are personal faves), see if you thermal throttle.
