5080 Aorus Master LCD malfunctioning please help.

I recently got this 5080 aorus everything was fine until I tried switching to a random gif on the lcd. The picture mode still sometimes works, but the chibi mode and all presets glitch out or go completely black and the lcd is sometimes entirely unresponsive. It’s really annoying dealing with this after paying so much on a card. Tried firmware updates for the card, uninstalling gigabyte command center, all the usual stuff. Nothing works. Any advice? Still in the 30 day return window for Amazon, so might just return it. But I do love how the card itself functions… so I might just buy another one. .. that is if I can’t find a fix. My ocd is going crazy on it.

just return it and buy another one, i wouldn't bother thinkering on something like this which can be awfully tedious and will almost for sure be a waste of time, specially considering the cost of the GPU, it's faster to get a new one as the refund arrives

i use Arch (Btw™) but i will not bother you with the linux is better then windows war ❤️

I might be experienced, but I'm human and I do make mistakes. Trust but Verify! I edit my messages after sending them alot, please refresh before posting your reply. Please try to be clear and specific, you'll get a better answer. Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.
