Powered usb hard drive enclosure?

My friend has television that will play videos from USB. I have almost 4 128 gig sticks filled. He has no internet where the television is. I'm trying to find a USB hard drive or enclosure to put the videos on instead of the usb sticks. Maybe 1 to 2 TB. I was looking at some enclosures before that held two or three drives but can't seem to find them now. Trying to stay as cheap as possible. The enclosure is a better ideal so I can bring a hard drive home to add videos without taking all the videos from him. 

Can someone help with pointing me at some cheap enclosures. Especially if there are some with drives already?
