Hi all,

I currently am using a pair of Steelseries Arctis 5 headphones that have a 3.5mm audio passthrough on the headset.  This allows me to plug into my Xbox controller and get sound from my Xbox as well as have the headset itself plugged into my PC.  This setup allows me to get audio from both my PC and my Xbox at the same time.  I do this so I can watch videos, use discord, etc on PC while playing with friends on Xbox.  The mic just went out in my headset, and I was looking for a new one, just to find out they discontinued this headset.  Are there any other options out there that would have the same feature of the audio passthrough?  I'm aware there are some wireless options, but I prefer wired as I never have to keep the headset charged.

This is actually news to me, sounds like an awesome feature.

I have to ask.... why not buy a desktop mic and stick with the headset?

Correct, with one reaponse, I was seeing if anyone else had a better solution

Also it didn’t completely offer a solution. The headset I use is a usb headset that plugs into my pc. And the 3.5mm jack is just a pass through on the headset. The headset itself isn’t a 3.5 mm jack

That is honestly the easiest solution to the mic issue but I just don’t like the thought of it personally.  If push comes to shove I can but That’s just me being difficult.
