Monitor Flickering when Gaming

So I traded this monitor to someone, and they are having issues with it. I told them I would help diagnose it so here's what I know.

 

When they are playing games, the monitor flickers. 
The monitor is the Acer ED320QX. They have a 5070.
What they've told me they have done is:

Reinstalled drivers
Tried a different power cable
Tried a different DisplayPort Cable


I never had this issue with my setup. I have a 3080ti. But now they would like to trade it back even though I don't necessarily want to, but I'm not gonna leave them with a monitor that has issues.
