Sound Blaster X4 distorted sound after Windows 11 boot

Recently i was having an issue when right after windows boot sound gets heavily distorted until you unplug usb cable and plug it back in.
Tried all possible fixes, different cables, from Reddit as well (i couldn't try downgrading to driver ver 2.0.1 or whatever because it is simply unavailable on the internet) - nothing worked

I'm almost sure that driver is not an issue here because issue persist on driver from microsoft and latest Cretive driver atm (3.6.3.0)
My current firmware version - 1.6.231011.830
Windows 11 Pro

I was ready to give up, until i spotted that my second Windows 11 installation doesn't have this issue at all.
The only difference was - Fast Startup was disabled on 2nd OS (did this earlier to prevent random stuff happening with 2 windows installations)

So then i tried to disable Fast Startup on my main windows 11 installation - and broblem is gone now.
If anyone has the same issue - try disabling fast startup

So my guess its some kind of firmware problem with partial hybernation

In the recent past. I had an issue with a driver supplied by Windows updates. It lead me to turn off driver updates from Windows. I had went and installed the driver from the hardware manufactures website. Yet Windows update replaced the driver on it's own. So it went back to messing up on sound.
