Just built a new PC and while I have built plenty of PC's, it's my first time building with AMD.

Parts:

Asus TUF Gaming B850 Plus Wifi MoBo,

AMD Ryzen 7 9700X

Corsair Vengeance 64Gb DDR5 6000mhz CL38.

All power cables have been fully seated and checked over. Ram is Fully seated, CPU is seated and there were no bent pins on the socket.

Upon powering it on. Everything powers up, RGB, Fans on CPU Cooler & Case, but the DRAM light stays yellow and I get no display output of any kind. I've tried both the GPU output and the MoBo output.  I tried each single stick in all four slots, no difference. Even without any Ram in the system and just switching the power switch on the PSU to ON but not actually firing up the PC, I get a solid DRAM light. Now I'm out of ideas.

Any help would be great.

AMD systems can take along time for RAM training. Having a blank screen is normal after a brand new build. Just let it sit there awhile.

as @BillBill said wait a while for memory training and if that doesn't work try with one ram stick at a time

Good to know.  I had no idea this was a thing for AMD.  Thanks.

I also did a Bios Flashback and I finally got it to Post.  Not sure if it was the Flash or just waiting for the ram traing that fixed it, but seems good to go!

Sometimes flash can help with newer bios, for better RAM compatibility, some BIOS updates also improve RAM training to be faster.
