Hi guys, I'm looking to buy a 5070ti but don't know if I should spend more on the OC model.

I can get a 5070ti windforce sff non-OC model below msrp while the windforce OC model is €80 more. For someone who doesnt do overclocking, is it worth it to get the factory OC model?

The cheapest one that you think looks good and you OC it yourself. 😜

Those factory OC is merely a few tens to a hundred-ish increase.

Something that can easily enough be done manually through afterburner.

Read reviews and such about noise level and such things if you care about it.

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post

Yeah, those factory OCs are small and safe.

The only real difference between different models is the cooler. These days, the GPUs themselves are all functionally the same. There are rumors that select cards like the Strix, Aorus Master, or Suprim go through a binning process, but even if that's true, the AIBs charge such an obscene premium for those models that they're not worth it for the improvement in performance or thermals that comes from binned silicon.

Just get the base Windforce and flash the AORUS Master bios if you want the clocks, or the Windforce SFF OC bios if you want to be conservative about it.  There's basically no real difference between the base Windforce and the Windforce OC other than the BIOS- The 50 mHz difference between the two is so small I doubt there's even any real binning difference.

For warranty reasons, I would not do this

as well as the chance of f*cking the whole card up

Console.WriteLine("Hello World!");
