Assist me with building a great gaming computer in third world country

I own a 2k LG display, 165hz, and all other peripherals, as i sold my old pc, and i'd like to play the games at 2k aswell. I was thinking about amd gpu and cpu combo, but please, assist me on the price to perfomance, because i'm not really into pc building (i'll pay someone to build up the computer). The computer will be 95% used to play video games.

i currently run a 7800X3D and a B650E taichi lite if you can find a 7800X3D for cheap go for its its still a decent cpu but yes the 9070xt is great for 2k
