Now, with that out of the way, what I want to do with this is be able to play anything at high frames in 1080p at Ultra Settings, but also have a good time when i switch to 1440p, preferably medium-high settings. I think what i have is a decent parts list, but I want advice from you guys, specifically on the GPU. I am firmly Team Red, but am amicable to trying out other gpus other than AMD if they are at a good price for what i need. For the AIO, i was thinking what i put down, but i was also thinking a NZXT Kraken, mainly because i just want a good aio with an LCD panel on it. Let me know what you guys think.

You want DDR5-6000 CL30 for these AM5 cpu's if you intend on gaming. Here's another option to consider:  Reuse your current case and add this 120mm case fan to it ... unless you have the white version of that case then it's easy enough to get a white 120mm case fan and white dual tower cpu cooler along with low profile white RAM.
