I would get a 9060 xt 16gb and with what budget you have left to for a single kit of 32gb ram in two sticks instead of four.

Gather more or drain your wallet for better GPU, but recently GPU prices weren't so great

It's a 22% upgrade, but my problem is exactly that, it's only 22%, and you're jumping from low-end to low-end just newer gen so it's faster.

Problem is, RX 9070 isn't 550$ MSRP price, instead it's 600$, and above that there's 9070 XT for just 617$ so only 17$ more, out of stock though. Just like other lower options, like 7800 XT which there are bunch out of stock priced at ~550$ and even two 7900 GREs.

What does this mean? Do you want more fps, or higher graphics settings without losing too much fps to enjoy the gameplay?
