laptop screen become like that after few minutes from working fine

I would say its the screen to make sure u could try to only use the igpu if ur laptop has one / or sit in bios and see if the screen also shows the lines do they appear instantly or do they show up slowly with time ( display heating up )

when tuned on the screen is fine but after minutes it goes like that kinda slowly

ye sounds like its your screen dying well rather that then the gpu i guess

Looks like a LCD issue to me, but a easy way to be sure is to simply connect a external display. If the built in LCD fades out but the external display remains normal you know the issue is the LCD not the GPU
