Gigabyte AM5 Gaming X qflash

Leaving the original post below but this is solved.  Dont be a dumdum like me.  Read instructions.  All is good in the hood.  

 

 

Just built a new computer.  It has a gigabyte Gaming X AM5 motherboard.  BIOS/UEFI was version F1 on board so I put F4 (latest) on a USB drive put in qflash port hit qflash button fans spin for half a second then turn off.  I waited a minute no activity I could see,  no LED's flashing so I hit qflash button again.  Same thing fans spin for a second then stop no indicating of any activity.  I wait 10 minutes still no indication of activity.  I hit power button.  Now fans spin up stay running but I get nothing to the monitor.  Did I just fry my new MB?
