I am really confused on what to get as my GPU on my current upgrade, A B580 or A 5060, Here are the conditions

Budget (including currency): 360$ (32k INR)

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

I want to stream at 1080p high-ultra on most games, and also play the not too demanding ones at 1440p Med-High , I say most games but here are my game list

-Sekiro

-Elden Ring

-Ghost Of Tsushima

-Hollow Knight

-Genshin Impact

-Wuthering Waves

-Black Myth Wukong

-Forza Horizon 4&5

-CarX Street & Drift Racing Online

-Asseto Corsa with Mods

-Marvel Rivals

-Counter Strike 2

-Call Of Duty Warzone

Also I wanna run a Switch Emu for Sword & Shield and Legends Arceus

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

My Current PC Specs are (the things that are staying)

-CPU: Intel i3-10105F

-Motherboard: MSI H510M Pro

-RAM: 8 GB (Upgrading to 32 GB at 3200 MHz)

-GPU: GTX 1650 (dead)

I am on a Tight budget so cant spend too much on this  but, the B580 I can get for ~320$ but the 5060 I can get at around ~365$ and this is the Gigabyte Eagle OC version, while the B580 is the Asrock Challenger OC version, the 12 GB of VRAM is really good for me in streaming and also on normally playing on 1440p, but a lot  of videos on YT show that when the B580 is paired with an old CPU it gets slower but, they only ever tested them on new titles and only had Black Myth from my game list in their testings, which did not suffer much from an older CPU and the ones that did are games I do not play and am just plain uninterested in, Also I kinda like Intel but what will be the best for me, with the B580 I can get an extra Controller and a Mouse, but with the 5060 I am stuck on an old Office Mouse and no controller, Please help me on this since I do want to be able to play games now, I havent played any in a month cuz of a broken GPU.

Now people who will say RX 9060XT is an option, Sadly it is more expensive than the 5060 to get the 8 GB version around 20 bucks to be exact and considering it doesnt have good RT turns me off and goes over my budget even tho i will never use RT

Also as my CPU is pretty bad i dont think i will be using x264 encoding in OBS for streaming but will be using H.264, So considering this too answer it, I am asking here cuz Reddit wont reply T_T

8gb of vram is starting to not be enough for 1080p high settings, so for me that rules out the 5060.

The 5060 doesn't have enough VRAM for a lot of modern games. The RX 9060's Ray Tracing has improved quite a bit from last generation AMD GPUs, and Intel B580 has decent ray tracing with a decent 12GB of VRAM. If you can get your hands on the RX 9060XT 16GB, do that.

Can you get a used 4060ti 16gb for about the same price you'd pay for a new 5060? Or failing that, can you get a 4060ti 8gb for cheaper than a 5060? If so, that's your buy.

Failing that... well, I guess you are stuck with a regular 4060. Either way, forget Intel, they're GPUs aren't worth it if you can buy something else.

How did the GTX 1650 die?

Then try haggling, it makes no sense for a used 4060ti 8gb to cost more than a new 5060. Anyone with a bit of decency will lower the price to match performance.

You could try to lowball the used sellers a bit.
