Graphics card dust control and make shift back plate

I have a ASUS RTX 3050 which does not have a back plate and i have my pc in a dusty room and I live in a high humidity part of the world. I had to clean and bake my GPU today just to get it to be recognized my my b450m-a2 motherboard.

I have been thinking about hanging packets of "Reusable Desiccant Beads Silica Beads" in my case on the in take but my my real question is about the Graphics card.

I am wondering if it would be safe to tape a cut up static free bag to size and tape it to the back of the Graphics Card in use to help protect from dust build up and would that even be safe to do? would that short out the card? Maybe there is a better alternative safe material? Is it an all together bad idea?

do you have access to a 3d printer? what model 3050 do you have?

no i do not have access to 3d printer which is why im thinking more low tech. but thanks.

2-4mm thick Acrylic + Some thermal pad / VHB tape.

hmmm still sounds expensive. looking for something safe that's more like a 5min craft and i do not care what it looks like. Gonna kludge it up some how.
