Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Proxmox

I'm looking to build a proxmox server. I have a Ryzen 9 5900X that i would like to reuse for this but I don't have a mobo. Looking for suggestions on what board to get for this cpu. I was looking at the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero or GIGABYTE X570 AORUS MASTER (rev. 1.2). Just wondering if anyone has a better suggestion for a proxmox server.

This is the case i'm thinking about:

Asrock rack has a lot of good am4 server board. Id get something like the x470d4u, but there are a few models if you want things like 10gbe built in. IPMI is nice on those boards so you don't need a GPU for graphics and easy remote troubleshooting.

I'm looking at the Asrock Rack boards and some of them say:

Supports DDR4 288-pin ECC*/non-ECC UDIMM
*For AMD Ryzen Desktop Processors with Radeon Graphics, ECC support is only with Processors with PRO technologies

Any one know if with the 5900X the board supports RDIMM?
