Audio randomly shifts to the right side

how long does the audio stay to the right? if you replay the part in the video where it switched to the right does it consistently happen?

It's not just for a video that I watch, I've troubleshooted a lot and it stays for a random amount, some times if I restart it fixes some times it doesn't.  Sometimes replugging in my headset also fixes and sometimes doesn't

are your audio drivers up to date? and if you have it on you could try turning spatial sound off.
