I bought this brand new RK84 (RK84N) keyboard a few months ago.

So, after a while I started having issues with windows 10 recognizing it.
Replugging it, once or twice fixed the issue.
So I was like whatever, I only connect it to charge it every couple nights.

Today I sit at the computer, unplug the Keyboard to use it on my lap like I often do.
Keyboard is dead.

Took me a while to see that the battery was at 0%. zero!
I plug it again, try all the modes, does not charge.

I see the software needs updating. So I update it.
Recognizing issue is still there.
Charging issue got fixed though, so that's good.
BUT

It will not keep my custom lighting settings in wireless mode when I unplug it.
It reverts back to some random kindergarten color vomit, not even the usual prismatic RGB.
It does keep the effect that I chose, which is "steady/static", but not the custom colors on each key.

I did reset it in every way possible. No fix. Any ideas?
