Which build is more worth it?

This is probably my last post about planning my pc, since I'm buying tomorrow. Everyday i change something in my list and i just can't get it right, BUT I'm at the point where its either good overall parts OR cheap-out and get that GPU upgrade. So what do i choose? I have two part lists that are almost identical but with small changes. Maybe i should lose the fans?

The "cheapout" one is better as you don't lose anything really and get a better GPU

Fans are dirt cheap 12EUR makes no difference

The prices are so close it doesn't even matter. Just pick the one you want.

Why would this be a troll? The quality build has a better cooler, motherboard and PSU, but a worse GPU.

Why would you pay more money to get a worse GPU and a higher wattage PSU that you don't need?

Can you not squeeze a little more to get the better GPU in the quality build?  It's $70 more is all.

Yeah i maybe could, ill just get the 750W psu so i cut cost a little atleast. Maybe even the cooler.

That's assuming OP clearly knows what's the differences between various parts and models, which isn't common knowledge, and many people come here to have advice on that...
Also if it was the case noone would buy Dell prebuilts lol

I mean he figured out how to use PCPartPicker, and the parts make sense. I don't think it's much of stretch to think they could do another hour of research and figure it out  Dell prebuilts have their place, I have friends that know how to build PCs but get Dells because they can simply say they don't work after 2 years and get an entirely new PC.
