Does anyone know how to remove the monitor stand for ASRock PG27F15RS1A?

I've tried looking online but I haven't found anything there's this tab thing but I'm a bit afraid to do anything cause I don't want to break it. I don't have a manual, and the manual I looked up had nothing in there about it.

Just do the installation in reverse.

The tab thing is the screw, so you flip it and turn it  

Its tool-less so you dont need a screwdriver, thats why the tab is there.

Just turn it counter clock-wise and you should be good to go.

how do I remove this? 

I tried pushing this in and pulling the thing out, I tried pulling this clip and pulling the thing out but I can't get the thing to come out.

Could be crummy plastic. Try sliding a flathead in to make sure the tab is releasing
