One AIO fan not working and not lighting up

I am having a nightmare with my new build and this is cherry on top.

Basically as the title suggests. It was working fine until I changed the fans from exhaust to intake and now one of the fans doesn't work and the RGB does not light even though the other fan is working fine and lights up perfectly. I've disconnected and reconnected it, I just cannot see what would have changed when I turned the fan around.

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out after playing around for a few hours. Basically just ended up flipping it horizontally except for vertically and that worked for some weird reason??? I am not sure but I assume the cables were being pulled in a weird way or trapped so power could not get through, I am not really sure. Was really really weird situation but at least it works now!
