Help! my windows 10 pro doesnt have password!!

i need my windows to have password and pin, i have followed few tutorial to enable it, but still doesnt work

as you can see i turn off the check mark at the bottom and restart my pc but the password and picture option doesnt appear

iv also tried this https://share.google/zg6XaKRG08D62V2kP it was recomended by official windows forum. iv followed using reg method and still doesnt work, what do i do now?

Is it a pre-built machine supplied w/ Windows?
What state was the OS in, when you took possession of it, if so...?
Did it come supplied at the "Select region" prompt of installation...?

It may require the OS to be reinstalled & personalised to YOUR use case; if it's a work machine, however... you may have no choice.

Go to settings, accounts, password and then edit to add a password. I only use a local account.

Don't use Windows Hello for local accounts. Change that setting at the bottom from "off" to "on".
