What device is this drive installed in? The room temperature shouldn't have too big of an impact on the temperature of the SSD (which likely is the controller). One degree more in the room means one degree more on the SSD (under the same load conditions). If the SSD is installed in a desktop, consider adding a heatsink, even relatively small ones such as the ones that come on motherboards will help massively (unless it's a gen5 drive)

its on my Hp pavillion gaming laptop . e15 series r7 4800h and 1660ti聽

In addition to cleaning, it is a good idea to get a riser for the laptop so it can draw more air. Maybe even with fans, like this one.
