Hi everyone here! good day!

I'm planning to purchase a PC for work and use my Laptop Dell Latitude 7490 i7 8650U, 16GBDDR4 RAM, 256GB NVMe SSD for client meeting.

I own a Digital Marketing Agency from India, and we are currently Working From Home, so planning for a robust PC for my use case

My current exiting PC's lying around my home:

PC 1: Dell Precision T1600 - E3 1245, 16GB non-ECC (4*4), 256GB SATA SSD, 1TB HDD

PC 2: HP Z240 SFF - E3 1270 V5, 16GB non-ECC (2*8), 256GB SATA SSD, Nvidia NVS510

Monitor: HP Z24i, Viewsonic VA2222-H, and a Dell 19 Inch IPS Panel lying around.

Now I'm planning to buy a new PC, I'm, stuck between options

Option 1: DELL precision 5810 / HP Z440 / Lenovo P500 - Xeon 2680 V4, 64GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 4TB Sata HDD, 8GB Quadro M8000 (may be i will swap the GPU for a 2060 or similar one) (from used market ofcourse)

Option 2: Intel i5 14400, ASRock H610M-HVS/M.2 R2.0 DDR4 M-ATX Motherboard, Adata XPG Gammix D30 16GB *2, ADATA XPG Gammix S50 Core 500GB NVMe Gen4 SSD, Ant Esports ICE-100 Case, ANT Esports VS650L PSU (might have a 2060 or 3060 GPU down the line in 3-4months of time frame) (brand new everything except for GPU)

Webcam: Logitech Brio 500 Full HD Webcam, any decent ANC TWS for call handling.

Budget (including currency): 35k INR

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: My work day involves having browser of say 30 tabs, excels, words, Photoshop tasks (color correction and minimal edits), DaVinci Resolve for Video Editing (just short form videos), frequent online meetings, seldom development tasks (HTML, C#, Python) and it would be turned on for about 14-16hours in a typical working day.
