Frequent pc crashing, Black screen and monitor freezing

Ok, I have recently encountered a problem where my amd gpu is crashing but I finally fixed it through this forum, but I have encountered a new problem. While I was playing valorant and was listening music my pc crashed like it blackscreened, no output at all so after that I just simply restarted my PC but after i opened valorant again it just freezed only video output, no audio then i restarted it again and let it rest for a while. THEN IT WORKED but my riot client said that i have to restart my pc. This is really annoying because everytime i want to play i have to go through this, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I dont even know whats the problem with my PC.

GPU - AMD Rx 550

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 4600G

Ram - 16gb

Motherboard - Biostar A320MH 2.0

PSU - idk how to check
