I'm trying to come up with a new PC build, have an idea, but aside from some research online, I'm pretty much a layman, and am unsure whether my build plan is a good one, and if I should go ahead and buy it.  I'd very much appreciate advice and/or feedback about what I've come up with so far, and to please let me know if any of these parts aren't compatible, or if there are comparable quality parts for better prices, comparably priced parts with better performance/reliability, or other recommendations please?

Some specific questions

- If I go with the RTX 5060-Ti 16GB, which specific one is good?  I.e.: there seems to be so many versions of this graphics card (Asus, Gigabyte, Zotac, MSI, etc) with lots of variations about which I have no clue.

- Should the 4 case fans that come built into the Phanteks XT Pro Ultra be sufficient?  I don't plan on doing overclocking or more intensive tasks than what I listed, and my current old build even with it's one fan didn't seem to overheat that I noticed.

- I was looking at the MSI Pro B650-S WIFI as my motherboard, but quite unsure if a different B650 or a different motherboard altogether might be preferable?

- Is the onboard audio on the MSI Pro B650-S WIFI reasonably good?  I don't think I'm super picky.  I do appreciate directional sound when gaming though.

- I'm planning to move to another country soon (computers cost more there), but am looking for guidance on whether I'd be able to bring this new PC safely on an airplane?  Can the parts be secured safely?  Is the glass side of the case going to be a problem?

I would consider going with the ryzen 7 7700 non x. Where I live, its around the same price as the 7600x at a better performance

For the psu, ivwould go with domething like the

GigaByte UD750GM PG5 750W

as it's the same specs, but around 30$ cheaper

And i found this listing for a 5070:

https://www.ebay.de/itm/376340733612?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=707-53477-19255-0&toolid=20006&campid=5337770552&customid=P9SxTz_N3PnjjKJvuEp1DA

As it's just 10$ over a 5060 ti, i'd go with that

You might as well get a board that supports PCIe 5.0 for the gpu seeing how this latest generation of AMD and Nvidia cards support PCIe 5.0. Also you want DDR5-6000 CL30 for these AM5 cpu's if you intend on doing any gaming. This case down below allows you to use your optical drives.

Thank you for your replies.

I looked up this list of different 5060 Ti 16GB cards and noticed the PNY RTX 5060 Ti OC 16GB is available for a seemingly very low price at Best Buy ($629.99 CAD) compared to over $1000 on Amazon.ca.  I even called Best Buy to check that they hadn't made a mistake and to confirm that it was indeed the Overclocked version of this card, and it is.  https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-rtx-5060-ti-16-gb.c4292

I'm looking for advice choosing between the ASUS Dual RTX 5060 Ti OC Edition 16GB, and the PNY RTX 5060 Ti OC 16GB

According to Versus.com:
1. Both cards have the same 2407 MHz GPU Clock Speed.

2. The ASUS card's GPU Turbo is 2602 MHz vs the PNY which gets 2696 MHz.

3. The ASUS card's Pixel Rate is 124.9 GPixel/s vs the PNY which gets 129.2 GPixel/s

4. The ASUS card's Floating-Point Performance is 23.98 TFLOPS vs the PNY which gets 24.81 TFLOPS

5. The ASUS card's Texture Rate is 374.7 GTexels/s vs the PNY which gets 387.6 GTexels/s.

Even though I see some better performance numbers for the PNY over the ASUS card, do those numbers amount to anything noticeable when gaming that's worth the extra $25?

Also, would the higher speeds on the PNY mean more noise, heat, or higher electricity bill?

And I'm still hoping for advice on if I'd be able to bring this new PC safely on an airplane?  Can the parts be secured safely without disassembly?  Is the glass side of the case going to be a problem?

That PNY card is priced decent ^^
